J's Venting Station

I decided to go home for the weekend, and I am glad I did. It was nice to get away from campus and chill at home, eat real food, see my pets, etc. However I didn't get to finish my Harry Potter marathon, nor did I do any homework, and as of 11 pm Sunday I have still yet to start.
I did go fishing today which was enjoyable. There was only one other girl and six other guys. It was fun, all the people are really nice and I even got people to bait the hooks for me so I didn't have to kill the minnow or fish. I've never used a fish as bait before, it was interesting. I wasn't able to catch anything, but one guy caught about six fish in the two hour period we were there, so that was cool.
Speaking of fish, Bruce did not die while I was gone. His godmother and doctor did very good and checked on him frequently to make sure he didn't expire. He even has been swimming normally since I've been back. It's a great improvement, and he also seems to have eaten some too. :)
This week is only 4 days long and then I get to go home again Thursday night. I'm very excited, and thus am allowing myself to be distracted from the actual 4 days before going home. I only have a few actual midterms to study for, because the others will be after my 3 day weekend.
I hope I can bring up my grades in my Statistics and Spanish class. Those are the two classes that are proving to be the most obnoxious to me currently. Although Chemistry and Linguistics are following closely behind. My Speech class has yet to prove it self a demon, but I still have 2 assignments due at the end of the month, so there's time.
Ok, I think I'm done. All I really wanted to write was that I had a relaxing weekend away from school.
